Norman Rosenberg is an executive, a public interest lawyer, a coach, a strategist, and a social entrepreneur with years of experience in non-profit organizational and fund development.

Prior to establishing Rosenberg Consulting in 2007, he was the CEO of three national public interest organizations. In the 1980’s, Rosenberg was the director of the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, the nation’s leading legal advocacy organization for people with mental disabilities. From 1990 to 2003, he served as the director of the New Israel Fund, an American-Israeli philanthropy that promotes civil and human rights, tolerance and democracy in Israel. From 2003-2006, Rosenberg was the President of Parents’ Action for Children, a national non-profit dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of early childhood development and school readiness programs.

As a result of this work, his consulting practice, and participation on a dozen advisory committees and non-profit and foundation boards, Rosenberg has the skills, maturity, and understanding to enable non-profit leaders and their organizations to reach new heights.
